These sessions are done remotely within a 48 hour period after you sign up. These are done WITHOUT any face to face contact. Notes are emailed after the session is completed. I will clear as much as you can release in one session, but this does not guarantee that it will be fully rebalanced with only one treatment. Some issues take many treatments to clear. Like layers of an onion, we will continue to release what is no longer serving you until you find the balance you are wanting. It is necessary that I receive permission from the person signed up for the session in order to complete the work. Parents or caregivers can sign up their children who are under 18 years of age without permission or older adults who you are the primary caregiver for.

Each session focuses on a specific issue. You’ll need to choose one when booking so I know how to focus your remote session.

1.  Self Confidence — I will identify what is affecting your self confidence and will release what you are ready to release at this time around this issue.

2. Feelings and Emotions — If you are experiencing feelings of overwhelm, sadness, fear, or another challenging emotion, sign up for this session and I will release what you are ready to clear around a specific feeling at this time. Please share with me in the form what specific feeling you would like me to focus on.

3. Topic or Issue In Your Life — Please share with me the issue you want me to work on and I will clear what you are ready to release at this time around this issue.

4. Physical Symptoms and Health — Please share with me physical symptom or health issues that you are experiencing and that you want support to heal. I will clear what you are ready to release around these symptoms and health challenges at this time.

5. Specific Life Event — Please share with me a life event you wish to work on and I will clear what you are ready to release at this time around this event.

6. Challenging Behaviors (Children) — Please share with me a challenging behavior that your child is demonstrating and I will release what is able to be cleared and possibly contributing to this behavior. *I will need you to give me consent to connect with your child’s subconscious if your child is under 18 years of age.

7. Expand Your Intuition — I will check in and identify what is affecting your ability to connect with your intuition and will release what you are ready to release at this time around this issue.

8. Nervous System Regulation — This session is to identify and see what energies and emotions are contributing to feelings of dysregulation in your nervous system. I will clear as much as you are able to release at this time around this issue to regain balance in your system.

9. Relationship Focused — In this session I will work to clear what is affecting a specific relationship in your life (spouse, partner, family member, child, friend, etc.). Please share with me the relationship that you want to work on and I will clear what you are ready to release at this time around this relationship.

10. Cord Clearing — Energetic cords are energy that exist between people, or people and places and/or items. They are non beneficial energy transfers between two energy fields. You can imagine them like strings or lines connecting two things. They are non beneficial as we want our energy to be our own and fully integrated into our energy field, rather than connected to anyone, anywhere, or anything else. In these sessions, I will check to see if you have any energetic cords and then clear them for you. Signs that energetic cords exist are not being able to forget about an instance or person, perseverating on a moment in time or a person, regularly thinking about someone, feeling like something just doesn’t feel “right” or perhaps is affecting you more than you would think it would. When you sign up for this session, please name the people and places in your life for me to check. Please note, this session is a good session to be done regularly as new cords can form and/or we can open to new cords being ready to be healed over time.

11. Universal Laws — There are 12 Universal Laws that create the Universe. These laws can be applied to the Universe and ourselves. Through applying them to ourselves, we can create balance, oneness and integration within. In this session I will work on creating balance in relation to one of the 12 Universal Laws. You are welcome to tell me which Law you want me to work on or I will test you and decide which one is in your highest and greatest good at this time.

12. Sports Performance and Athleticism — In this session I will look into and address what is affecting your performance in sports. This is great for athletes and those invested in performing at their optimal level. Through this healing you will receive support in many levels to clear and release anything negatively affecting your athleticism, performance and abilities. I will also align you with your highest self and highest potential to support you in being able to act and perform at your best. If you are wanting support in a totally new and unique way, this healing is for you!

13. Follow Up Sessions for Therapists and Healers — This clearing is for follow ups after you have had your initial session with Abbie via an online platform. Here I will continue to clear anything that is not beneficial to you and is not in service of your highest and greatest good. These clearings are necessary so that you can flourish as individuals and so that you can continue to expand your abilities to support those around you as a healer.

14. Soul Contract Healing Session — In this session I will support you in clearing and healing negative aspects of your chart and support you in aligning to the positive aspects of the frequencies in your chart. I will also support you in aligning with your Soul Contract and your Soul Destiny. You need to have purchased a Soul Contract Chart and Written Report before purchasing this Session.

15. House and Land Clearing — Our houses and the land our homes are on, can be influenced by and have non beneficial energies that need to be cleared. When we don’t look at the health of the house and the land, it can, at times, make it hard for the people and animals living in the homes and on the land to fully heal. These sessions are very comprehensive clearings looking at many areas that can affect the energetic health of the home and land. Please be aware that these sessions sometimes take more than a day to complete.
